We Build Your Custom Exercise & Nutrition Program
 

  • Once a week you meet with your trainer for an in person workout session

  • Set goals for the upcoming week

  • Review upcoming workouts to be completed on your own

  • Workouts include how to videos

  • Review & discuss form, weight & rep range, ask questions

Monthly One-on-One Nutritional Consultation
